Telstra M6 pro Ethernet is rubbish

Being a professional data technician I have to say I’m appalled that this product is being sold with a known fault. The Ethernet lan port is defective on all m6 pros. Unable to maintain a reliable Ethernet connection with either a laptop or a wifi mesh network.please fix this issue or refund my client
