I have the common Telstra problem of the 'Detecting Service' and am trying to upgrade the firmware but it's coming up with an error everytime I try the download.
My firmware version is the correct one but the PRI is 5.03.
How do I upgrade the PRI?

Hi,
I have the exact same issue, have "Detecting service" and trying to update FW (as it says there is one) but it keeps failing, tried from dashboard, phone app, even another SIM, always fails before starting any download.
Is there a link to a manual FW download?
I have PRI 04.04 and FW 12.06.02.00

I uodated following the prompts on the unit itself. It worked fine first time.

Please make sure you have enough data on your plan for the download to be happen.
If it is not the case, please do a factory reset and try again.

My plan is a shared data plan which has 60gb but this sim card will only show 100mb on the screen (if it was working) as Telstra don't show the overall group data availability on a shared plan.
Would this stop the download and update?
Is it possible to get a link to the file and update manually? Or is there something else that might be wrong?
