this app isn't available

MR1100 – Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router, I am getting 'this app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of android' when trying to install the app to manage it.

    Please be informed that the NETGEAR Mobile App version 7.17.2307.202 is now available in Google Play.

And what OS version are you installing it to

I just installed the netgear mobile app on my android 11 and 12 device.

Android version 13, this is what the store on my PC shows. The app won't even appear on my phones store because it is not supported.
