this app isn't available

MR1100 – Nighthawk M1 Mobile Router, I am getting 'this app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of android' when trying to install the app to manage it.

Same issue on Android 12.  Netgear is aware of this issue and choosing to ignore it.  Maybe when sales are soft they will decide to actually go to work on this.

    The app is installed but it will not open, it keeps on trying to open.

    What can I do?

      clear cache/data?

      Uninstall then reinstall.

       

      Seems to be the standard ploy when an app fails.
