touch screen is not prompt

Hello,

I just buy new Netgear 782S, the touch screen is very slow, not fast and smooth as i see on clip, The lock key take 15 secs to open, other keys take 5 -6 secs to open. The plastic cover was take of but not improved.

The body case is a bit heat while using, is that normal or abnomal?

Can somebody know this problem and advise please.
