Trouble staying connected

2. firmware on the router? 

3. modem gateway its connected to? 

4. is it wireless devices having issues? if so is it 2.4ghz, 5ghz, or both having issues? 

5. Do wired devices have issues? 

6. how long has this been going on? 

7. how frequently does it happen? 

8. what have you tried doing to correct the problem?
