Trying to register product and it says product not found

I am trying to ask a technical question but this site says I'm have no registered products.  I ahve two MR1100.  I try and register them and when I enter the serial numbers it says product not found.

Did I miss something in the process?

We  purchased the devices from ATT in Michigan in the last month or so (not sure of the exact date, the office manager purchased them.)

What do I need to register has I have a lot of questions among them what are the power requirements as the user manual only gives termperature and frequencies.

Any help will be appreciated
