trying to unlock device on ee at the moment

dear sirs

i have been given an unlock code from ee but cant onlock mymr1100

    You'll have to say more than that.

     

    What does "can't unlock"? You don't know what to do? You try and it doesn't work?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    The unlock process requires another ISP SIM to be inserted where the device will then prompt you for the unlock code.

     

    Please let us know if you encounter any error message.
