unable to connect to internet via 4g sim card on lbr20 wifi router

i bought a netgear orbi lbr20 4g router. I follow the procedure presented in the documentation but the modem does not connect to the internet. Even after configuring the apn manually. I tried everything, change telephone operator, but nothing.
