Unable to register product LM1200

Trying to register my new Netgear LM1200 LTE Modem for support, but get the message repeatedly: "We couldn't process this request successfully. Please try again later."

 

What can I do?

  • I changed browser from Chrome to MS Edge and that seemed to do the trick.  Able to register the product and submit support request.
