Unite Explore 815S-Not Connecting after Changing out Battery

After changing out my battery for a new one I am unable to keep an internat connection.  It will come on only for a few minutes and then it disappears.  The battery is charging.

 

Any ideas?

    What happened to the old battery? Is it still functioning? If so, please try it to isolate the issue. 

     

    Where did you purchase the new battery? Is it the same specs as the old battery?
