Unite Pro 781S Unable to update Firmware

I am unable to update the firmware on the AT&T 781S Unite Pro Hotspot. When I click on "Check for update" I either receive a message that there is no update availableor that an error has occured. I also try updating through the webportal(http://attunitepro) and receive the same error when updating. On the AT&T website it shows that an update was released on August 19, 2014 (Software version: NTG9X25C_01.00.57.03). Is the update server down? If so who should I contact... AT&T or Netgear? Below is my current software.
