Unite pro

Hi all, I really feel stupid here but I cannot figure this out! My little divice when operating correctly flashes a lil blue light. For some reason it lost all battery and had to recharge. After recharge I'm getting an ALERT(1). This says I am DISCONNECTED!!! But no matter what I do it WILL NOT RECONNECT! I've tried everything even a reset! Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?

    Please make sure that the SIM card is active and enabled with data services. 

     

    Is your device from AT&T? You can call them to check the device and data service.
