Unlimited WiFi

I'm looking for a device that will pull in cellular data and generate a hot spot.  I'd like to be able to consume unlimited data from the hotspot and I'd like to be able to download at 25Mbps. The goal is to be able to stream a Netflix 4K movie every night.

 

The other part of this, I think, is a data plan from someone that will let me pull unlimited data from a hotspot. 

It looks like the Nighthawk 5000 would work but  the data plans I've seeb with this seem to be around $137/mo!
