Unlock Aircard 800S (AC800S) with MEP

I've been given an MEP code for an Aircard 800S that I bought in NZ and which is currently locked to Spark. I can't work out how to use the code to unlock the device though!   Any suggestions?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community! 

     

    The unlock process requires another ISP SIM to be inserted then the device will then prompt you for the unlock code.

    Thanks, when I enter the code nothing seems to happen, it doesn't even say the wrong code or anything.

     

    I'll try and contact the store again to confirm the MEP code.
