Unlock code for Netgear Nighthawk MR1100

I received an unlock code from AT&T but could not get into the site where I could put in the code.  I also purchased unlock from Bigunlock but cannot find a link to enter that code either.  The "http://attunitepro" and the "AT&T Nighthawk M! Manager" pages go to a page where it says link is not accessible.  

Any suggestions?  I never actually set up a service with AT&T as I was having too many issues with them and switched everything to T-Mobile.  How can I unlock the Netgear????

    Mie was ATT too. I contacted them for unlock code... ( after i relocked my mr1100 by reseting to factory, yeh it can happen) soo to enter the code u gotta go to security setting on router. then sim security and then eter the code... Keep in mind you need to have a non ATT sim inside device, or u wont see this option. 

    Anyway my code which att gave me did not work... so i went ahead and unlocked it with dcunlucker..
