Unlock ZAIN Netgear Aircard 790S mobile hotspot

Hello Netgear,

I am in Bangladesh , I bought the Aircard 763S device but after the reset the error "Sim MEP Locked". Currently, I do not know which department to contact by email for support code to unlock.
Have Netgear support information or instructions on how to get device unlock codes.
