Unregistering for Remote Access
Hey folks - I’ve brought a ‘nearly’ new NBK752 from
Amazon (who have been absolutely useless) love the product and don’t want to return it - but I can’t set it up for remote access because it’s already registered to someone else’s account. Any ideas how I sort this? Obvs I’ve got legit receipts etc from Amazon but have no route back to the original owner.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Some users have had success by sending a private message to one of the forum moderators, such as Blanca_O by clicking on their screen name and then selecting Send a private message.
In the message include the details which should not be posted on a public forum, such as:
- Your (real) name
- Your email
- Serial number of the router
- The order information from Amazon
- Blanca_ONETGEAR Employee Retired
