USB network driver for MR1100 M1 NIghthawk

Question

I'm interested in using the tethered connection option with an old laptop, which doesn't have WiFi. When plugging the device in, it is detected but a driver is not automatically loaded. The machine doesn't have any Internet access, so autiomatic WIndiws driver detection and download will fail.

I cannot find any driver downloads on the support site. Is there any place I can download XP compatibe drivers for the device to load and install manually?

The package doesn't come with any installation / driver media.

Is the answer to "How to I get my device online?" going to be "Step 1: Get online" ?
