Use M1 (MR1100) with Access Point (WAC104)
Hello,
First as short as possible background: Im trying to help a friend remotely who lives in the US (Im from Europe)... She lives in rural area and we have come up with that the MR1100 very well can be best solution with maybe later external outdoor antenna... But to start with we wanna place the M1 in the room with best cell connection (in a window)... But then to have WIFI in her living room we want to attach the AP WAC104 to it.. I reckon it sholdn't be a problem and "only" is a question of setting them up...
BUT I was thinking IF the M1 can be run attached to the AP (WAC104) still with it's WIFI enabled - the M1 WIFI still enabled while also still attached with LAN cable to the AP WAC104 (wifi from M1 just for smaller room it is placed in - ofc despite the main point is as good cell connection as possible)?? So in short, can the M1 have WIFI running while still connected with LAN cable to the AP??
Thanks alot

- hookdkAspirantWhen there's no answers take its just not possible... sadly though because I didn't know I said she could get a wac104 .... but then tried looking into use as wireless bridge instead the wac104 which on its page from netgear says it can... but well don't know how
