Use Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro purchased via AT&T with Thailand Sim
Hello! I purchased the Netgear Nighthawk M6 portable hotspot device at an AT&T outlet. However, now I’m tracking outside of US and for other reasons had to shut down my AT&T SIMcard. I’ve a SIM card with unlimited data here in Thailand. Was wondering if I need to do anything to get it work. If I activate the sim using a phone and put the sim in the router will it work? I’ve a bad memory here but I think the AT&T person said that changing the carrier would not be a problem ever even through the hotspot was purchased at their store and has their logo on top.

If M6 Pro you have is MR6500-1A1NAS, then it won't work for Thailand as it needs n28/n41/n258 for NR5G service in that country, MR6500 does not have these bands supported.
