Use of nighthawk in El Salvador

I’m looking to use my NETGEAR Nighthawk M1 Mobile Hotspot 4G LTE Router MR1100-100NAS, in San Salvador. It looks like Claro, Movistar and Digicel are the main carriers. I’m not sure which if any will work with my device. Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thank you
