Use Router with Hotspot

Hi, I just relocated to a rural home with no cable internet, no satellite internet and am using my Android phone as a hotspot. I'm trying to set up a LAN with 5 wired computers for file and video sharing. I could not see how to do this without the internet, but everything I read required a router. I also have a Netgeat GS108 Gigabit switch to use with it in case I need it.

So I got router. Now I am having trouble accessing the router setup so I can set up the LAN and begin to resolve network issues here while I wait on another modem for access the internet. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to access the router to get everything set up correctly?
