Use Telstra mobile data as input to Orbi RBR20?

Hi.

I have an Orbi RBR20 and RBS20 system which works well. However, as we live in a rural area we only have a limited data staellite package and we regularly run out of data each month.

 

However, we do have reasonable Telstra reception and we always have lots of excess data available on our mobile phone plans. Is there some way we can attach our iPhones (models X and 11) to the RBR20 so we can tap this data also?

    Hi Davidtass ,

     

    I haven't tried this myself but you could possibly use a lightning to RJ45 adapter to plug your iPhone into the Internet port of your RBR20.  If you do try this, please let us know if it worked for you.  The other option is to purchase a Nighthawk M2 or M5.
