Using Nighthawk M1 with Static IPs

The M1 is a basic DHCP server that does not let me reserve or assign static IPs BUT I need to assign static IPs to a couple of my network devices wired thru a GS108 switch (issue is specific to a particular brand of music streamer to let it work with a NAS). Is there a smart way to give them static IPs but still keep the M1 as my internet connection? Or do I need to invest in a more capable router?
