very slow T-Mobile speeds on browser

I have started getting very slow browsing speeds when using this modem. The speed test show fine but it only affects browsing on pretty much any browser. Anyone have a fix because this just started.

    Please describe the Signal Strength LED bars. 

    Kindly turn the power off, wait 10 seconds, turn on the modem and check if it will load websites. 

    Have you tried factory resetting?
