what modem/ router can I use with AirCard 250U Sprint3G/4G USB to get netflix on my smart tv

I have a AirCard Sierra Wireless(Sprint) 3G/4G USB 250U and I would like to be able to get my netflix, hulu, and prime on my smart TV. I dont know if I need a modem or a router. And I dont know which one to buy that will work. I can only get 3G out here. I used to use a cradle point be that has been long out dated. Best Buy cant help, Sierra cant help, Sprint cant help and theres no phone # to contact Netgear.Ive tried them all. It shouldnt be this hard. Can anyone point me in the right direction and make a recommendation? Please and Thankyou
