Hi, Tee,
I have tried this with this tool before:
https://mega.nz/folder/DCoXXSpJ#CrBiM28fP-3Zml1_XNclxA
But this can only unlock some bands.
And I have connected to MR5200 with telnet, and it also can only unlock some bands.
Could you please help me unlock SA mode on MR5200?
Thanks a lot!

Sorry, that security layer is only accessible by Netgear personnel. Only lasting solution is to enable SA on firmware.
I chatted with ohe Huawei top 5G expert and he confirmed this:
"...China operator will disable NSA sooner, they think SA is TRUE 5G but NSA not, and they demand all the devices and network equipment have to support SA otherwise they will not get the permission. This is policy-determined, not technology-determined."
So Netgear M5 user's have trouble with 5G in Far-East with China operators. Netgear technical staff should be aware of this.
JohnPeng , Are you aware of this and what is your plan to get SA mode enabled in firmware ?
