Which APN details do I input

Dear Community,

I'm unsure which details to place in the APN field window under the settings via the mobile app. the following are required:

Authenication: 

I am using a Vodafone sim, have followed their video tutorial on APN details and collected data. 

Question: What is the correct information to be entered?
