Why is my LBR20 or LBK1220 disconnecting?
Some customers in Australia might experience interruptions in connectivity after April 4th, 2021, if they manually enabled the Traffic Meter feature. This issue only affects LBK1220 and LBR20 with firmware versions prior to v2.6.3.54. We strongly recommend upgrading your firmware to the newest version after it becomes available.
