WiFi is not visible on any other device. There us a red X over the WiFi symbol on the main window
My Modems Wifi is not visible or accessable. I have done a factory reaet using the Menu on the screen, (Settings - More - Factory Reset) as well as using the reset button inside the battery compar...
An update on original post.
An internet connection via the ethernet port IS AVAILABLE.
So it is just the WiFi that is not working;
