WiFi is not visible on any other device. There us a red X over the WiFi symbol on the main window

My Modems Wifi is not visible or accessable.  I have done a factory reaet using the Menu on the screen, (Settings - More - Factory Reset)  as well as using the reset button inside the battery compar...
