Hallo, I want to create a static mac adress binding table. I do this at the DHCP Pool configuration. But when I choose for the binding type manual it safe's the configuration but does not work. And when I want to modify the configuration i get an error popup messages that the harware adress is not correct and also other error messages. But the mac hardware adress is correct and no matter what I try it doesn't change it anymore. Can sombody help with this? I have the latest firmware 10.0.0.53 Kindly regards, Ralf

Ralfes, Thank you for the feedback. The images are small and if I enlarge it to read the error message, the images get pixelated. Kindly try to configure a DHCP Pool Manual Reservation via the console connection to the GSM7352Sv2 switch. As reference, read pages 336-338 of the GSM7352Sv2 Software Administration Manual here. You may want to try again setting up the DHCP Pool manually via the web-GUI by following the steps indicated on the manual. To connect a console to the switch, read the instructions on page 26-27 of the GSM7352Sv2 Hardware Installation Guide here. Let us know the results. Regards, DaneA NETGEAR Community Team

I suggest you to try to reboot the GSM7352Sv2 switch and check if the same problem will occur.

Kindly post a screenshot of the error message that pops up if ever the same problem occurs.
