Welcome to the community!
If you want limit the uplink speed based on port on switch M5300. I suggest DiffServ function is available for you.
Below is the config step:
1. Class - Create classes and define class criteria.
Example: Class name is test, and match every;
2. Policy - Create policies, associate classes with policies, and define policy statements.
Example: Policy name is p1, Policy type is in, Member class is test;
3. Service - Add a policy to an inbound interface.
Example: port 1/0/1, select Policy in name to p1, then click apply button;
