Auto negotiate 2.5Gbe
I have two separate 2.5Gbe adapters that only auto negotiate at 1Gbp speeds with this switch. Is this switch not able to run at that speed or is there a trick to get it to negotiate at a higher speed? I have confirmed that both adapaters will negotiate at 2.5Gbps when connected to a Netgear GS810EMX.
By far not every 10G port can do MultiGig - e.g. all the Netgear XS712T, XS708T, XS712Tv2, XS716T, XS728T, XS748T or XS708E, XS708Ev2, XS716E support 10GbE and 1 GbE only (and no 100 Mb/s Fast Ethernet, too). Only the XS724EM does MultiGig. Check the product data sheets FMI.
