Cannot ping or connect to UI on GS716

Simple home network 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254 Router is Ubiquiti USG pro4. GS716 is 1st switch after router. Various switches/devices 30odd connected. Everything working perfectly. However I am unable to ping or to access the UI on the GS716 on the IP reported by the Ubiquiti UI (192.168.0.33) I have another Netgear Managed switch that I cannot access either (192.168.0.32) However other switches netgear and ubiquiti on the network are accessible at their listed IPs. My expertise is limited. Can anybody shine some light on this please?
