Did you try a different device or browser?
Usually the first thing we recommend when there's issues after a firmware change is a factory reset, did you try that?

Jul 02, 2022I have tried from various browsers and even laptops. The problem is the same.
I did not do a factory reset. Won't that delete the firmware upgrade as well?
Furthermore I do not have physical access to the switch, hence I am not able to carry out a reset now.
