GS116Ev2 - Can't log into Prosafe - Command is not supported by agent

I've just installed a new switch GS116Ev2 and have trouble logging into ProSafe.   I open the utility, enter the default password and receive a message "Command not supported by agent".

Has anyone experienced the same thing and found a fix?

    It's most likely that the management mode is set to Web browser only if your firmware is v2.6.0.43 or newer (please check the release notes here).

     

    That being said, you'll need to access the switch using a web browser instead (please refer to this KB article on how to do so).
