Would it be possible if you could provide a network topology (how your devices are connected)?
Basically, you have a computer with the network manager application installed that is assigned with a static IP address that needs to communicate to your client devices (amplifiers and wireless workbenches) which are DHCP clients, is that right?
If that is the case, just basing it on your requirements, it looks like you'll need a router instead of a switch.
