gs308e vlan setup

Define two networks if you need two.
No idea where or how the idea developed that such ports are involved. Each VLAN is an independent network, able to deal with individual IPv4 subnets including all possible ports involved.
No idea where (and for what purpose) have configured such ports in this context - considering there are no controls for ports anywhere in the range mentioned.
Switches like these Plus models have no inter VLAN IPc4 subnet routing available. The two ports mentioned are in the same IPv4 sunset? Keep in mind there is nothing like NAT port forwarding or the like on such switches. Said that, you need to be much clearer about intentions or plans of what you want to achieve.
Technically, you can configure eg. two IP subnets on each VLAN, and use IPv4 to communicate on each if these networks and subnets.
