GS308Ev4 can't login to brand new Switch

What browser are you using? Try a different browser? MS-Edge or Firefox?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches as well.
Using Chrome, latest version. Caches have been cleared.
Momentarily after typing in the default password, in the top left a bar appears with what appears to be 4 clickable areas, each with a name that doesn't appear to make sense.
