GS324TP S350 Switch are SFP modules "fiber only"?

No, SFP modules are aways workable, see the data sheet, it's not limited to fiber.modules only.
The modules you acquired are however SFP+ modules (blunt theory says it's backward compatible real world experience proofs these connect internally to the faster physical link rates, and sometimes or not at all.
These switches are pure Gb only switches, there are no faster ports available, including the SFP garages.
