GS728TPv2 POE Loading page

I have just bought a second hand GS728TPv2

Upgraded the firmware to 6.0.10.14 and did a factory reset.

My issue is the on the System/POE page it just says loading and nothing ever comes up

The POE seems to be working fine just cant see the config.

Looks like an internal hardware issue so I have just returned the switch for a refund.
