GS752TPv2: limiting ingress and egress

I'm trying to set up ingress/egress limits on a few ports but have only been successful with the egress limit through QoS > DiffServ. This is correclty limiting the rate to about 30mbps.

I am trying to do the same using Storm Control for ingress but nothing I do appears to work.

At the moment I am only trying to configure this on one port to test it - g37.

I've set Unknown Unicast, Multicast, and Broadcast all to Enable, 5, Trap for g37. 

But the down speed has stayed at full. What settings do I have wrong?
