Thanks. Looking at the document, what does "Dislodge flash and erase" mean. Do I have to open the device and physically remove the flash?

JRH78,

 

As per the engineering team, factory default should wipe all the data from the chip. We also don't wipe data by writing random data over the top of the existing data.
