I have ordered a GS116Ev2 and received a GS116E-200pes in Europe.
Please guide me which of them is latest and differences between them . If am I correct the differences are jumbo frame , buffet size and max mac entries? Also I found that both of them have different firmwares, gs116e firm 1.00.21 Last Updated:11/28/2016 and gs116ev2 firm 2.6.0.48 Last Updated:12/02/2020

Welcome to the community! :)
The GS116E-200PES is the product order code of the GS116Ev2 switch in Europe. Hence, the GS116E-200PES is just the same as the GS116Ev2. As reference, kindly check page 8 of the GS116Ev2 Data Sheet here.

You are correct. The latest firmware of the GS116E which is already EoL (End of Life) is v1.00.21 and the latest firmware of the GS116Ev2 is v2.6.0.48.
