LOV GS3166
I was wondering if you could provide a Letter of volatility for a simple netgear switch GS316 or the series.

GS316 == Unmanaged Switch, not Smart Pro Managed Switches. Understand to some point why the customers expect LOV - however, because of the absence of any management and configuration (and any kind of internal storage) there can't be more than an "OK" on these papers. Time permitting, a Netgear rep will hopefully find the time to provide a formal LOV.
