MS108EUP Dual Uplinks
Does the MS108EUP support dual uplinks? I am wondering if I can split the switch in half, first half (4 ports) would manage two vlans with one uplink and the second half (4 ports) would manage 1 vlan or lan (depending how I set it up) with another uplink.

Yes, you can. But please don't forget this won't make two physically different networks - even when creating two (or or more) dedicated VLANs - the low level Ethernet communication like spanning tree is everywhere.
