MS510txpp no uplink via 10G SPF connection

Tell us a little bit more about the environment (router, router ports, connection, ...) as well as the switch configuration and the current active firmware.

Have an eye on the VLAN port config. Consider a factory reset, especially if you are operating a flat network.

Reason for asking: The difference between the port #9 and #10 is just a copper PHY in the #9 link.
