ProSAFE Plus 24 Port Gigabits Switch (JGS524Ev2) randomly goes deaf
Hello, I just upgraded to firmware 2.6.0.48 last week to try to fix this issue. In my home office I have several Macs and PC connnected to my switch which is connected to my Eero Router -> Comcast...
I've seen a couple posts lately about that comcast modem/router not functioning as it should in bridge mode.
Have you tried it in router mode (disable its wifi) and put the Eero's ip address into its dmz?
Or even leave it in router mode and put the eero in AP mode?

Unfortunately I was seeing this issue with my previous cable modem (ARRIS SB8200) as well. I just swapped for Xfinity's xFi modem so I would have unlimited data as they were capping my data @ 1.2TB with my own modem.

Are you using any vlans?
Or using much for the smart functionality of the switch?
Just curious as I've also seen some mesh network struggle with some of the functions like QoS, igmp, etc.
I'd probably look closer at some of the switch functions working with the mesh setup versus the xfinity box if you had the issues with the SB8200 (solid modem).
Comcast does suck that you have to rent their modem if you want cheaper unlimited speeds. I'm on the same and run up against the limit each month
